Is it suitable for my skin?
It's designed to suit most skin types when used as instructed.
LED isn't right for everyone. If you're pregnant, take photosensitising medication, have a skin or medical condition, or have a known sensitivity to light, speak to a healthcare professional first. Always read the safety information supplied with your mask.
How do I use it?
Cleanse and dry your skin, put the mask on, choose a light mode and relax. Use it for 10–20 minutes, 3–4 times a week, as recommended in the user manual.
What results can I expect?
Results vary from person to person and depend on consistency, skin type and your routine. LED skincare is about steady habits, not overnight change.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 100 minutes on a single charge, using the included USB-C cable. A 10-minute auto timer switches the mask off for you.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is free across South Africa. Choose door-to-door, and you'll get tracking details by email once your order ships.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Choose Stitch at checkout to split your payment into instalments, where available. Approval is subject to the provider's terms.
What if something's wrong?
